Abstract: We are using this category for individuals who consider themselves instigators for coordinating and achieving competent planetary management, on a proactive basis. While there are many people who are working on pieces of the puzzle, there are fewer who are working on putting the puzzle together. If you identify with dealing with the whole puzzle, rather than (or as well as) a particular part, include yourself here. Remember also that you are not confined to just one category.
If an organization you are affiliated with (e.g. your employer) endorses your planetary management work, you may also list them in the space provided. The instigator category itself, however, is deliberately restricted to individuals in order to emphasize the importance to this process of individual human will.
